On his Youtube channel haus-automatisierung.com, Matthias Kleine regularly presents products on the subject of “smart home”. Now he also dedicates himself to ekey products and their functionality by means of tutorials. Part 1 of the video series is already online and shows the basics about fingerprint scanners.

The content of the tutorial:
In part 1 of the ekey tutorials, Matthias Kleine connects the integra fingerprint incl.. RFID function with the control panel REG with 2 relays. He pays attention to the correct wiring and power supply of the devices. He then puts the access solution into operation by coupling the fingerprint scanner with the control panel and entering a 2-digit security code. In addition, he stores his right index finger, which he drags three times over the line sensor of the fingerprint scanners, and names his user individually. He then adds an RFID card to it. Thus, he can control the desired relay with his finger as well as with the stored RFID card.
