First steps to your new ekey dLine gateway system
Below you will find all the information you need to complete your installation and configuration yourself.
Initial activation and activation of the gateway
The gateway is ready for activation the first time it is switched on. If this does not happen, briefly disconnect the power supply,
to activate the BLUETOOTH® connection. After approx. 10 minutes without activation, the mode deactivates automatically.
Activate location to find BLUETOOTH® devices
Activate “Location” in the smartphone settings, as your smartphone requires location access to find devices with BLUETOOTH® technology. Since Android 6.0 (2015), Google requires apps to obtain permissions before they are allowed to use system functions such as BLUETOOTH®.
