1. How can you contact us?

2. How does ordering in the online shop (www.ekey.net/shop/en) work?
You look for the desired ekey products in the shop and place them in your shopping cart. Once you have added all products to the shopping cart, click on the “Checkout” button. If you have not yet registered in the online shop at this point in time, you can now either register as a customer or continue the order as a guest. After successful registration or if you have decided to place an order as a guest, you proceed to the actual checkout. The checkout consists of four steps (invoice and shipping information, delivery method, payment information and order overview). You always have the option of pausing the purchasing process — e.g. to edit the shopping cart again (“Edit shopping cart”). The last point “Order overview” contains again an overview of the products you have selected. Now confirm the ToB and the right of withdrawal and submit your order (“Pay and order”).
The receipt of order, which you receive via email, does not yet represent an order confirmation, but is only intended to give you the opportunity to check the data you have entered. The contract is concluded exclusively in German.
3. Which countries are products shipped to?
We deliver to Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Portugal and Denmark. For customers from other countries, we recommend contacting us.
4. How much does shipping cost, and when do you get the products?
For deliveries within Austria and to Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 7.00 per delivery for orders under EUR 200,-, and for deliveries to France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Portugal, and Denmark EUR 15.00. Free shipping applies to orders over EUR 200.00 The delivery of available products to Germany and Austria usually takes 3 business days and to France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Portugal and Denmark 5 business days.
5. Which payment options can you use?
All quoted prices include VAT. There is no minimum order value for our shop.
You can choose between the following payment methods:
Credit card (Mastercard, Visa)
If you prefer to pay by credit card, you will not incur any fees for this payment method. After submitting the order, your credit card will be charged immediately, and the order will instantly be cleared for delivery.
PayPal
The PayPal payment method allows for direct payment through your PayPal account, credit card payment with American Express, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal advance transfer, as well as giropay. You are not charged a fee when paying through PayPal. The money transfer takes place immediately, provided that your PayPal account has sufficient funds or a corresponding payment method has been saved.
Klarna
Klarna Pay Now
When you choose “Klarna: Pay now” as your payment method, you have two fast and secure payment options available. Your order details will be automatically forwarded to the secure Klarna payment form. After being redirected to the Klarna payment page, you select your preferred payment method. You can choose between instant bank transfer and direct debit.
- For instant bank transfer with Klarna, you simply enter your online banking details to log into your bank account. After real-time authorization, you will be redirected back to our shop.
- For direct debits, you simply enter your Klarna account details. If you don’t have a Klarna account yet, you’ll need to create one first and confirm the payment with your IBAN.
Klarna Invoice
You simply select “Klarna Pay Later” as your payment method. If you’re paying with Klarna for the first time, you’ll need to provide information such as name, email address, and mailing address. After we’ve shipped your order, you’ll receive an email from Klarna with the payment information. You have 30 days to transfer the money to Klarna. This can be done either by bank transfer or on Klarna’s website or in the Klarna app. There you can choose between various Klarna payment methods, such as credit card or SEPA direct debit.
Klarna Installments
To pay in installments with Klarna, you need a Klarna account. After logging in to your account, you can select the payment plan that suits you best. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from Klarna with the payment plan. The first installment is due one month after this date. You will receive notifications and reminders for the debits.

7. What if you have problems with your ekey uno product?
If there is a problem with the product you have ordered (e.g. if it is defective), you can easily submit a complaint. To do so, please use our support ticket system. Our support staff will then contact you as soon as possible.
